True Blood Season 4 Episode 10 ‘Burning Down The House’

On last week’s episode of True Blood, Jessica and Jason got busy in the back of a pickup truck. Meanwhile, Antonia has made Eric her vampire slave in order to kill Bill. Tara and Holly are trapped at Moon Goddess Emporium and Sookie enlisted the help of Debbie to find information about Eric.

Sookie dreamed about making room for both Eric and Bill, after taking Bill’s blood when she got shot. Lafayette and Jesus freed Mavis’ soul after she possessed Lafayette and stole Mikey and that creepy doll.

Bill needs Sookie to use her powers which results in breaking a spell. Jessica is implored to glamour Jason. Terry tries to help Andy with an intervention. Alcide reassesses his loyalties. Bill organizes the vampires to attack Marnie’s Moon Goddess Emporium while Jesus, Lafayette, Sookie and Jason attempt to free Tara and Holly.

The scene opens at the rally, as Antonia is trying to get her subjects to kill the king. Sookie tackles Eric and Bill shoots him. Nan takes a pencil to another vampire and Eric and Bill are fighting. Sookie uses her powers to get Eric to stop fighting. Then, he gets his memories back. Antonia casts a spell and disappears.

Back at Jessica’s, she’s telling Jason that they didn’t do anything wrong. Jason is obviously feeling guilty. He asks her to glamour him, so he doesn’t remember. She’s offended and refuses to do it.

Alcide is helping Tommy and says that the hospital can’t help him. He wants to go home.

At Moon Goddess Emporium, Tara and Holly are hatching a plan to undo Antonia’s spell. Antonia returns and tells them that she is protecting them.

At Bill’s, Nan is asking him about Sookie’s powers. Bill tells her that doesn’t matter and she is no longer in charge. Bill says they are going after the necromancer and will take her out by any means necessary.

Eric remembers everything and his time with Sookie. He says nothing has changed and the “other Eric” is still here. She says she loves Bill and that’s how she was able to stop Eric. He said she’s his after giving herself to him completely. He tells her he loves her.

Pam shows up and asks Eric why they didn’t get Antonia to break the curse, he says she didn’t, Sookie did. He tells her they will talk about that later. Bill is planning on taking Antonia out and tells Sookie to stay out of it.

Tommy is back at Merlotte’s and is all bloody. Sam wanted to get him some vampire blood, but Alcide said that he has a right to choose his time. He said he wants to disappear like he never was. He’s dying and tells Sam not to forget about him right away. Tommy died. Sam plans to kill Marcus.

Hoyt comes over to visit Jason and he talks about how the house is empty without Jessica. He can still smell her perfume in his house. Hoyt is crying, saying that he still waits to see Jessica crawl out of her cubby. He wants to crash with Jason for a little while.

At Andy’s, Terry and Arlene are ripping him a new one for having V in the house. He denies that it’s his and says it’s evidence. Arlene yells at him and says that he’s not going to be able to see her babies until he gets clean.

Sookie tells Jason that Bill wants to blow up Moon Goddess Emporium and Tara is in there. Terry and Andy go to Fort Bellefleur. He tells Andy that he took care of him and now he wants to return the favor. Andy says that he’s a better man on V.

Jesus says that he wants to try and reach through to Marnie, because she wouldn’t want this. Holly is convincing Tara to try to rid themselves of Antonia’s spell. Marnie and Antonia are arguing over what happened at the Dorchester. Antonia says they are no better than their enemies. Marnie obviously hates the vampires and wants to take them out. Marnie asks her not to abandon them because they need her.

Jesus, Lafayette, Sookie and Jason are trying to figure out how to get to Tara. Jesus wants to get to Marnie and goes in. There’s a force field of some sort protecting Moon Goddess Emporium from intruders. It burns Jesus. He talks to Antonia and she tells him to go to her through the barrier. He turns into some demon-like creature, while going through the barrier. On the other side, he’s Jesus again.

Debbie and Marcus are talking…she’s flirting with him. She wants to have a baby and is telling Marcus that Alcide doesn’t want kids. He said she should hook up with another wolf.

Sam is confronting one of the guys who helped kill his brother. Andy and Terry are shooting their guns at cans. Andy keeps missing all of his shots because of the drugs. They’re fighting over who got what when they were growing up.

Antonia is talking to Jesus about breaching her boundary. She said that he has a demon to serve him. He wants to speak with Marnie. She brings out Marnie, and she assures him that she is possessed and it’s not against her will. She says it’s not a possession, it’s a union. Jesus tells Sookie, via telepathy, that Marnie is actually running the show. Meanwhile, Tara and Holly are chanting and breaking the protection spell. Marnie makes Tara, Sookie and Holly disappear.

Terry is holding Andy down, telling him to say that he won’t do V anymore. They make amends and tell each other, “I love you”. Andy says that he’s not going to relapse. Terry tells him to walk all the way home.

Eric, Bill, Pam and Jessica are going to Moon Goodess Emporium to take out the witches… And that’s it — until next week! What did you think of tonight’s episode???
