Tonight’s recap obviously contains spoilers for those who haven’t watched the show yet, so you’ve been warned! After the jump for the goodies!
The show opens with Eric, Pam, Jessica and Bill outside of the witch shop with their weapons. Jessica is complaining about having to silver herself every day. Bill says their object is to kill the witch and finish this. Sookie is inside pleading with Marnie for them to leave before Eric and Bill blow the place up. One of the witches tries to leave, but Marnie casts a knife into her.
Antonia jumps out of Marnie after she murdered one of their own. She says their time together has come to an end. Marnie starts binding Antonia to herself and Antonia hops back inside of her.
Outside, the vampires are aiming at the shop when Jason runs up on them, telling them to stop because Sookie is inside. They’re upset, but Jason sets them straight, but Pam is still angry about it. Jason informs them of the protection spell surrounding the place. Jason and Jessica steal away a minute to talk about his guilty feelings. Then the vamps are attacked by two of their own, who are under Marnie’s spell.
Sam is confronting Marcus’ friend, about where he is. Luna comes barging in, yelling at the guy about where Marcus is. He snatched up Emma from school, but Sam manages to calm her down for the moment. She asks why he’s there, and he tells her that Marcus murdered his brother.
Marcus is at Alcide’s house with Debbie and Emma, trying to get her to go away with him. She refuses. He’s trying to convince her that they make sense and he’ll get her off of the V. He tells her that Alcide is never going to give her children and Emma needs a mom who’s not a shifter, but a were. She says she loves Alcide, but he hasn’t been faithful.
Back at the Moon Goddess Emporium, Jesus tells Marnie that the witch, Casey, has a pulse and he wants to save her. Marnie agrees and lets Jesus and Lafayette carry her into the bathroom. Lafayette discovers that she is dead, but Jesus says that they need her body to force Antonia out of Marnie’s body before they all die. Marnie apologizes to the witches for what she did to Casey and said it was in self defense.
Sookie is trying to tell Marnie that she understands her need for wanting respect from people after being a doormat. She and Holly are trying to convince Marnie to end this because she has all the power.
Andy is walking home through the woods, and he starts arguing with himself. Andy happens upon a fairy, who uses her magic to keep him back.
Emma grabs the phone at Alcide’s house and calls her mother. Luna doesn’t recognize the number, but Alcide does. In front of the witch shop, Eric says it’s useless to keep the other vampire alive, as Antonia has complete control over her. Pam snatches up her Cartier necklace and then tells the guys to go ahead. Bill puts her under his boot and then calls Antonia out for hiding herself behind magic. Marnie says he’s right and that it’s time for negotiation.
Marnie and Sookie go outside to the vampires and Bill flings the other vamp against the forcefield where she fries. Bill and Eric step up and tell Marnie to let Sookie go. Marnie says that she’ll need something in exchange, which is their lives. Marnie tells them to kill themselves and Sookie walks free. Bill says he will shoot Eric and Pam will shoot him. Pam says she forbids it and grabs a rocket launcher and fires it at the shop. It bounces off of the forcefield and causes a huge fireball.
Back at Alcide’s house, Luna is reuinited with her daughter. Sam tells her to take Emma outside. He and Alcide go upstairs to look for Marcus. They barge into the bedroom, where Marcus calls Sam out for hiding behind a gun. Sam hands the gun to Alcide and proceeds to knock Marcus down. Debbie tries to stop the fight, but Alcide pushes her backward on the bed.
At Moon Goddess Emporium, Roy is commending Marnie for frying a vampire. Jesus is telling Lafayette that Casey’s death won’t be in vain. He takes her blood and marks himself with it while casting a spell. Outside, Eric is yelling at Pam for intervening. She said she’s not going to let him die for Sookie. As it turns out, the explosion has left Jason very badly burned. Jessica goes over to him and makes him take her blood again.
Back in the forest, Andy is coming to with the fairy, Morella, on top of him. She asks him to protect her from the dangers of the woods before they make love. She asks him to swear to the light and he agrees.
At Alcide’s house, Sam and Marcus are tearing everything up in their fight. Sam gets the upper hand and calls Marcus pathetic, weak and small. He tells Marcus to live with that and releases him. Marcus starts to change and grabs the gun to start shooting. Alcide jumps on top of him and crushes his throat and Marcus dies. Alcide abjures Debbie, telling her that he sees her no longer and shares flesh with her no longer.
Marnie is waving her hand over Casey’s blood to see what’s happening outside. Then she says for it to show her the future and she sees herself laying there, dead. She tells the others that the vampires are planning to murder them all. She tells everyone to form a circle, but the witches don’t move. She tells them that the vampires have no regard for their lives and asks them to join her. Meanwhile, Jesus and Lafayette are in the bathroom where Jesus tells him to wrap Marnie’s scarf around his wrists. He said that symbolizes the bond between Marnie and Antonia and they have to break it.
The witches are gathering around in a circle, and Marnie tells Sookie that she wants everyone in their to get out alive and Sookie joins them. Outside, Jessica has healed Jason, but she gets pulled away from him. As Marnie and the witches cast their spell, the vampires are being pulled into the barrier. Jason grabs Jessica’s hand and tries to keep the vampires away from the protection barrier. Jason tells Sookie to stop it, telepathically, and she causes bursts of light to come from her hands, knocking the witches down. Eric sends Pam away, after she tries to apologize for almost blowing Sookie up.
Marnie casts a spell, which causes the witches to fly up against the wall. The spell causes Sookie to be surrounded by flames, enclosing on her. In the bathroom, Jesus is casting his spell to break the bond between Marnie and Antonia. Jesus becomes possessed by his demon and continues casting his spell. His demon manifests as he pulls Antonia out of Marnie. The flames surrounding Sookie disappear and Antonia is gone. The barrier has been dissolved and Eric says that Sookie is safe.
Bill and Eric go inside Moon Goddess Emporium and Sookie tells them that Marnie was holding them all hostage. Roy jumps out in front of Marnie, telling them that if they want to get to Marnie, they have to go through him. Eric rips out his heart and sucks on it and tosses it on the floor. Marnie says, “No one lives forever, not even you” and Bill opens fire on her and shoots her in the head.
Sam emerges from Alcide’s house and Emma runs up to him asking him where her daddy is. He gives Luna that “he’s dead” look.
Andy has finally made it back to his house, where Arlene is having coffee. Arlene asks about what happened in the woods and he tells her about his encounter with the fairy. Arlene isn’t buying his fairy tale and hints that he needs to go to the hospital because he might be crazy.
At the witch shop, Eric tells Bill that he’s glamoured those he’s requested. Lafayette tells Jesus that he did what he had to do. Jessica and Jason are talking and he thanks her again for her help. He tells her that even without her blood in him, she is all he thinks about. Awww.
Jesus is feeling bad for Marnie’s death, but Lafayette is reassuring him that he did the right thing. Jesus sleeps and Marnie appears over Lafayette and possesses him and smiles.
